HUUM Drop heater
The HUUM Drop 4.5 kW is a compact wall-mounted electric heater for smaller saunas, suitable for sauna rooms of 3–7 m³. Its rounded, water-drop design gives the sauna a softer, more modern look, while the 55 kg stone capacity helps create gentle, long-lasting steam.
-
Wi-Fi control module
The HUUM WiFi control system lets you control your electric sauna heater from the wall panel or through the HUUM mobile app. You can set the target temperature, choose the heating time, check the current sauna temperature, and receive a notification when the sauna is warm and ready.
-
Bench lighting
Soft LED lighting under the benches adds a warm, calm glow to the sauna interior. It gives enough light for evening sessions without making the space feel too bright or clinical. A simple detail that makes the sauna feel more finished, more comfortable, and easier to enjoy.
-
Exterior LED lighting (Optional)
Add soft lighting to the outside of your sauna for a calmer evening atmosphere and better visibility after dark.
Cladding finishes
The outer finish shapes the feeling of the whole sauna. Choose Thermowood for a warmer, more textured look, or spruce for a clean, natural timber finish. Both options are designed for outdoor use, offering a durable exterior that sits naturally in the garden and weathers with character over time.

ContactElectric saunas usually take around 45–90 minutes to heat up properly, depending on the sauna size, outside temperature, heater model, ventilation, and how the sauna stones are arranged. The desired temperature is usually reached in 35–45 minutes from turning the heater on, but outdoor saunas can take longer in colder weather or larger models. For the best experience, allow the sauna to warm steadily before stepping in.
Yes, if you choose addutuinal WiFi module. It can be controlled through the HUUM mobile app, allowing you to prepare the sauna before you step outside. The heater also includes a door sensor for safe remote starting, so the sauna can be warmed with more peace of mind.
Sauna maintenance is simple but should be regular. Keep the interior clean, wipe down benches when needed, allow the sauna to dry after use, and check the heater stones from time to time. The outside of the sauna should also be kept clear of dirt, leaves, and standing moisture. Like any outdoor timber product, it will last longer when it is cared for gently and consistently.
It depends on the exterior wood you choose. Spruce needs regular exterior treatment with a suitable outdoor wood oil, stain, or protective finish to help protect it from moisture, UV exposure, and natural greying. It should be checked regularly and refreshed when the finish starts to wear. ThermoWood is more stable and naturally more resistant to outdoor conditions, so it needs less maintenance than untreated spruce. It can be left untreated, but it will gradually turn silver-grey over time. If you want to keep its warmer brown tone, we recommend applying a suitable UV-protective oil or finish and refreshing it when needed.
Let the sauna cool down first. Then wipe the benches, floor, and touch points with a soft cloth and mild cleaning solution if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, strong detergents, or soaking the wood with too much water. After cleaning, leave the door open so the sauna can dry naturally. The goal is not to over-clean it, but to keep the space fresh, dry, and ready for the next session.
Yes, sauna stones wear down over time. With regular use, they can crack, crumble, or lose their ability to hold heat properly. We recommend checking the stones from time to time and replacing damaged stones when needed. As a general guide, sauna stones are often replaced around every two years, depending on use.
In most cases, SLOMODE saunas are delivered fully assembled, so the setup is simple once the sauna is placed in position. However, if access to your garden or outdoor space is difficult, some sauna models can also be delivered and installed in flat-pack form.
Before delivery, it is important to check the route carefully gates, paths, corners, steps, walls, overhead cables, and any narrow access points. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we can advise on the best delivery option for your space.
The sauna should be placed on a flat, stable, and level base. Concrete, paving, reinforced decking, or another solid prepared surface can work, as long as it can support the sauna properly.
Delivery is usually completed in around 2 weeks from the time your sauna is finished. Delivery time depends on location and configuration of the sauna.
