slomode.eu, slomodewellness.co.uk, and any other official Slomode domains.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.  

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

2. Products  

We aim to present all products as accurately as possible.  

Product Appearance  

Colors, textures, and finishes may appear differently depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and environment.  

We do our best to ensure that product images reflect reality. However, slight variations between images and the actual product may occur.  

These differences are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Natural Materials  

Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood, leather and metal.  


These materials may naturally change over time due to:

  • weather conditions  
  • temperature changes  
  • humidity  
  • regular use  

This may include slight changes in color, texture, or small surface variations.  

These characteristics are part of the product and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing  

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may vary depending on your location and market.  

Final pricing, including applicable taxes and delivery costs, is shown at checkout.  

We reserve the right to:

  • change prices at any time  
  • correct pricing errors  

If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before proceeding with the order or cancel the order if necessary.

4. Orders & Payments  

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

An order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed and processed by us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of:

  • pricing errors
  • technical issues
  • misuse of promotional offers or discount codes

In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.

Promotional offers and discount codes are intended for normal use and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Payment Terms

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase unless agreed otherwise.

We accept payments via:

  • credit/debit cards
  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • bank transfer

In certain cases, payments may be split into parts upon prior agreement.

For partial payment arrangements:

  • an initial payment may be required to confirm the order and begin production or preparation

  • because many products are made-to-order, this initial payment may become non-refundable once production or preparation has started

  • the remaining balance must be paid before dispatch or delivery

Final payment instructions will be provided once the order is ready.

We reserve the right to delay dispatch or delivery until full payment has been completed.


6. Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products - including hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and certain accessories — are prepared or manufactured based on the customer’s selected configuration, dimensions, or specifications.

Because of this, these products are considered made-to-order or custom-configured products.

Once production or preparation has started:

  • cancellation may no longer be possible

  • return or refund rights may be limited

9. Warranty & Support

10. Liability  

We are responsible for providing products in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.  

However, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages  
  • delays caused by third-party logistics providers  
  • issues resulting from incorrect use, installation, or maintenance  

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Force Majeure  

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • natural disasters  
  • strikes  
  • transportation disruptions  
  • supply chain issues  

In such cases, we will always aim to find a reasonable solution.

12. Governing Law  

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country where our business is registered.  

Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
