Most of our hot tubs, saunas, and ice baths are designed for straightforward setup.

Hot tubs usually arrive pre-assembled — you simply position the product, fill it with water, and connect electricity if applicable.


Some sauna models may require assembly or electrical connection depending on the configuration. In more challenging access situations, saunas can often be delivered and installed in flat-pack form.


We provide instructions and guidance to help you prepare your space before delivery.

In many cases, standard access is sufficient. However, larger products may require wider pathways or additional lifting equipment if access is restricted.

For hot tubs, we generally recommend a minimum clear access width of approximately 120 cm.

If access is more challenging, most situations can still be solved using suitable lifting equipment rented locally (such as cranes, forklifts, or telehandlers).

For most larger products, payment is usually split into stages. An initial payment confirms your order and allows production or preparation to begin. The remaining balance is paid before dispatch or delivery. This means the payment process is spread over time rather than requiring the full amount immediately.
