1. Placing Your Order

Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. At this stage, your order is reviewed and prepared for production or dispatch.

2. Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed once it has been processed by our team. If needed, we may contact you to clarify delivery details or requirements — especially for larger products.

3. Production & Preparation

Depending on the product:

  • Many products are prepared or manufactured based on your selected configuration
  • Custom-made or custom-configured products may require additional preparation time
  • Accessories are usually shipped from stock

Each product is carefully prepared before dispatch.

4. Preparing for Delivery

Before your order is dispatched, we recommend preparing your space:

  • Ensure there is clear access to your property
  • Check that pathways, gates, and entrances are suitable
  • Plan how the product will be moved to its final location
  • Ensure any required water, drainage, or electrical preparation is completed where applicable

If your product requires lifting equipment, crane access, or special handling, this should be arranged in advance.

5. Dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch once the required payment has been completed.

Before delivering larger products such as hot tubs, saunas, or ice baths, our driver or delivery manager will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.

Accessories and smaller items are usually shipped through standard courier services such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, or similar delivery providers.

Depending on the shipping option selected during checkout, smaller items may be delivered:

  • directly to your address
  • or to a parcel locker / pickup point

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation
  • Tracking information may be provided where applicable

6. Delivery

Your order will be delivered to your address.

For larger products:

  • Delivery is made to the nearest accessible point
  • You will need to arrange help for unloading and positioning

Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery upon arrival.

7. Setup

Most products are designed for relatively simple setup when the installation area has been properly prepared.

  • Hot tubs: attach the chimney, fill with water, and connect electricity if electrical systems are included
  • Saunas: may require assembly or electrical connection depending on the model
  • Ice baths: ready to use with basic setup; chiller models may require electrical connection and condensation drainage

Please ensure that suitable electrical infrastructure, drainage, and installation conditions are available where applicable.
